Join Us for the Men’s Health Collaborative Livestream!

Hey, guys! Got plans for Saturday, 31st August 2024?

If not, we’ve got something that’s definitely worth your time, and the best part?

It’s completely free!

Whether you’re chilling at home, enjoying a quiet moment, or just looking for a good reason to take a break, why not join us for the very first Men’s Health Collaborative (MHC) livestream? It’s happening at 3 PM AEST, and we’ll be streaming it live on the Calm Minds Clinic Facebook page.

Now, before you start thinking, “Do I really need to watch another livestream?” let me tell you why this one’s different. We get it—life can be a lot sometimes. Between work, family responsibilities, and everything else that gets thrown your way, it’s easy to feel like you’re barely holding it all together.

But here’s the thing: you don’t have to go through it alone, and taking care of your mental health is one of the best ways to make sure you’re ready to handle whatever comes next.

Our Wellbeing Director, Dayle, is teaming up with Si and Jim, two guys who know exactly what it’s like to navigate the ups and downs of life. They’re here to talk about mental health in a way that’s real, relatable, and—most importantly—useful. No fluff, no heavy-handed lectures, just honest conversation with a few laughs sprinkled in.

What’s This Livestream All About?

We all know that mental health is important, but let’s be honest—sometimes it’s hard to make it a priority. Whether it’s stress from work, the pressures of family life, or just feeling like you’ve got too much on your plate, it’s easy to let things slide. But the truth is, your mental well-being affects everything else in your life. When your minds in a good place, everything else becomes a little easier to manage.

That’s why we’re doing this livestream. Dayle, Si, and Jim are going to dive into topics that really matter, like how to manage stress without losing your cool, ways to stay mentally sharp as life gets more complex, and how to take care of yourself when things get tough.

But don’t worry—this isn’t some boring, heavy conversation. These guys know how to keep things light and engaging, so you’ll walk away with practical tips you can actually use, without feeling overwhelmed.

Why Should You Watch?

Let’s face it—life’s full of challenges. And as you get older, those challenges don’t exactly get easier. But that doesn’t mean you have to just grin and bear it. Taking care of your mental health isn’t about being perfect; it’s about finding ways to cope, stay balanced, and enjoy life, even when things get hectic.

This livestream is your chance to hear from guys who’ve been where you are and come out the other side stronger. Whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, 40s, or beyond, there’s something here for you. Maybe you’ve been feeling a bit stressed lately and don’t know how to manage it. Or maybe you’re just curious about how to stay mentally fit as you navigate all the twists and turns life throws your way. Whatever your situation, this is a great opportunity to learn something new and pick up some advice that’s actually doable.
