This two-hour session aims to empower participants by equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to enhance their resilience, manage stress, and promote overall wellness.

Understanding Resilience and navigating the NDIS: 

  • Define resilience and its importance in managing health challenges and NDIS demands. 

  • Explore the psychological and emotional aspects of resilience. 

  • Identify personal strengths and how they contribute to resilience. 

  • Offer practical tips for effectively managing NDIS requirements and interactions. 

  • Discuss common challenges faced by NDIS participants and strategies to overcome them. 


Wellbeing Management: 

  • Teach techniques for managing stress and anxiety. 

  • Introduce mindfulness and relaxation exercises. 

  • Explore self-care practices that promote mental and physical health. 

  • Set achievable goals for maintaining and improving wellbeing.
